187- 9 pounds total!!

DAY 8 AM

Day 8 - no longer constipated, yeah!!!! down another pound- 189! 7 pounds total....

Day 7

Well today is day 7.... No changes really, except I do feel constipated, lol... Total weight loss for the week is 5 pounds- 190

DAY 6 AM

Well still no appetite... going good....

Day 5 AM

Well, I have my first bruise from the injection yesterday. Not surprised as I injected myself and realized that I did not set the dose. So I did this while I was injected. I knew there would be a bruise... Still really no appetite. Day 5 weight loss is at 5 pounds.. 190....

Day 4 AM

No bruising at injection site, no nausea, and just not hungry.... I did force myself to eat an egg this morning. I am going to get some protein shakes to drink to fill the void... Starting my walking program today for 30 mins a day in the evening..

Day 3 PM

Well again not hungry at all... I had a bite of a donut, half a slice of pizza and a carrot.. Just not hungry.... I think I am going to need to force myself to eat...

Day 3- AM

Well I am on my 3rd day and no diarrhea or nausea yet. I know I said I would post weight every 7 days, but I am so excited... I am down 3 pounds already- 192! I feel great, better than I was.. I think this is the miracle drug for me!!

Day 2 PM

Well, I went to a birthday party this evening and I had ZERO desire to have cake and ice cream. In fact, it did not sound good to me at all... Never have I experienced this before... Also had to force myself to eat dinner and all I did was pick at it.... No bad side effects yet...

Day 2

Day 2: I woke up early today and completely full of energy. This is not the normal for me. I had no night cravings which is very typical for me. I still have zero appetite. I am going to wait till about 9am to do my injection today. No brusing at all at the injection site from yesterday. No un wanted side effects yet. I went and bought Krispy Creme donuts for the family this morning, and I have no desire to have one.. Odd, very odd is all I can say... Oh, I will update my weight every 7 days :)

Day 1: Victoza Weight Loss

March 11, 2011 Hello everyone.... I wanted to start this blog to track my weight loss using Victoza as a non diabetic. Starting weight 195... I will be injection .06 daily for 90 days. I did my first injection today and had no adverse side effects. In fact I felt great and better than I normally do. I had little to no appetite. I had to force myself to eat lunch and my dinner. I am also taking safflower oil gel tab at every meal. Overall, more energy, no tiredness and really not wanting to eat. I will start an exercise program as well next week doing water aerobics.
